Abstract
Anna Shendryk. Correlation of ethics and policy is in understanding of Ivan Mirchuka. In the article the looks of I. Mirchuka are analysed to essence of philosophical concepts «ethics» and «politician», their correlation, between itself. Connection opens up between a policy and necessities and aspirations of citizens, realization of imperious functions, activity of the state, institutes of civil society. Showing the difference between the theoretical conquest of state interests laws of morality and practical demonstration of conflicts between ethics and politics. Considered in detail N.Makiavelli views on the essence of politics in the sense I.Mirchuka. Deals with the difference between the views of followers N.Makiavelli the question: "Should politics morality?" Are arguments for each position. The analysis of the triad " policy - civilization – culture" and the results that should be expected politician, guided in its activities or interests of civilization, culture and interests
