The teacher’s identity in the academic process as a philosophy education problem
Abstract
In this paper the necessity of a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach to the study of
the impact on teacher education and training process in medical higher schools study is substantiated. The basic structural components of the modern teacher personality traits such as basic, specific and polyspherical features of professional competence are distinguished. The analysis of the main stages (“movement towards self-improvement”, “professional self”, “establishing communication links,” “inter-thematic conflicts overcoming “ “building models of education”, “responsibility”, “moral formation of “I”, etc.) is done. It is determined mechanisms (quality educational process monitoring, analytical support, information channels monitoring, evaluation of strategic stability, the potential impact on the individual teacher’s quality, push factors, management decisions in quality assurance, academic process
regulation, etc.) make a teacher’s personality impact on the educative process
